Siddharth has 10+ years of experience in the domain of compliance and consulting for Labour, Environment and Industrial laws. He also works and advises clients on review & structuring of Industrial Contracts. He has handled Projects on Plant set-ups and regulatory approvals for various Organizations. He brings with him the exposure of dealing with various State & Central government authorities. He is a law Graduate & a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India by Qualification .
Rakesh Mishra, Director
Mr. Rakesh Mishra is a legal luminary and has been a practicing advocate in civil, revenue, labour and employment matters with an overall experience of more than 35 years in district and High courts. He has represented various industries and corporates on crucial matters at different courts and jurisdiction in India. He is a non-executive director at LegAccord and acts as an advisor to the management and KMP’s.
